Messages are sent automatically via Twilio after appointments. You control the timing—send immediately or wait a few hours for the perfect moment.

What happens to negative feedback?

Clients who rate 1-3 stars are NOT directed to public review sites. Their feedback stays private in your dashboard so you can address concerns directly.
